Our detection systems come is two main variants, the first is a camera mounted above the machine which detects materials and pen lines for flawed materials such as leather. The second is a high-resolution scanning system which is mounted on the beam of the cutting machine. This is popular in signage and graphics as this can scan a vast amount in dots in seconds, saving serious time over the traditional on- board cameras.
Our material detection systems will
- Locate and measure materials in any 2D form
- Automatically nest parts into off cuts or irregular shaped materials
- Pick up on flaw or defects in leather and even Carbon/Composites applications.
- Report flaws and defect materials into a document for future claims towards the material cost.
